With a unit of experienced instructors with their own individual style, we provide exciting classes for a mixed level of fitness abilities. So whether you're fresh of the sofa or super-human we have the PerfectFit for you!
Our classes are mainly outdoor based, with options to move in doors at certain times of the year. With military style fitness classes, HIIT, running, strength and core exercises there's something for everyone.
Our ethos is to make training fun, challenging and addictive.
We are based in Springhead Park, Rothwell and Oulton Hall, Rothwell.

My fitness evolution started when I joined the RAF (MANY) years ago, and I've been hooked since. For
the last 20+ years I've worked for most of the big hitters seeing many changes, the good the bad and
bizarre. Seeing people change mentally and physically through training has always been my motivation.
Using all my past experiences, listening to members, and being lucky enough to know some amazing instructors, I was inspired to create the new fitness evolution - LeedsFit®.
My fitness evolution started when I joined the RAF (MANY) years ago, and I've been hooked since. For

I couldn't wait to be a part of LeedsFit®. Talk about passionate, inspiring, exciting; Matt's ideas are exhilarating! There is so much to look forward to!
Being a member myself I know how awesome the sessions are, the exercises are diverse and challenging. With all that in mind it only drives me more 'behind the scenes' to get creative and help out.
